Services
Services at Moto Therapy are simple. You send your parts loose, I service them. If you request a call or if I find any excessive wear on components that are not part of a standard service I call to discuss and proceed as per your requests. After works are completed I send your parts back to you. Once the parts have arrived they are ready to be fitted and enjoyed.

Other Motorcycle Services
POA
Other motorcycle work can be arranged. You may want your wheel bearings inspected and replaced if required while the bike is standing out of use because you removed the suspension for servicing. You might want to get the tyres changed over at the same time. It makes sense. If you have an issue or a request in mind get in touch and I will see how I can help. If I can’t help I may at least be able to point you in the right direction.
Pricing - Fork & Shock service pricing is provided for a standard service on most common units. Genuine oil and dust seals are included in the price of service, shock seal heads will be rebuilt with genuine service kits if in good condition. This is also included together with oil from reputable manufacturers. Shocks are priced as monoshock, twin shock pricing would be 2x monoshock price. Some units may incur additional charges due to complexity of the design and therefore increased labour time and pricing of genuine service items required. Examples include but are not limited to: Balance Free Forks, Shocks with Hydraulic Preload Adjusters (if the adjuster is to be serviced). Items found during inspection that require replacement are charged additionally and priced individually. This is where I contact you to discuss my findings and work out the best solution for you. Such items include but are not limited to: Stanchions, Rods, Slide & Guide Bushes, Shims, Bearings or Eyelets, Canisters.
Deposit - A non refundable deposit must be purchased at the Shop section of the website to cover initial strip down and inspection prior to posting your unit.
Service form - You will be asked to fill out a service form during the deposit purchase process. Please provide as much information as possible regarding any issues you are experiencing or changes you would like made to your unit. Having reviewed the form and inspected your unit I will contact you to discuss further works required and additional costs if any.
Postage of parts for service - Postage is to be arranged by you to and from the worksop. This is because that way you can choose which courier service you trust and want to use. It also allows you to insure the package adequately which I very highly recommend you do. Another benefit is that depending on the provider and service you choose you can have all the tracking details sent to you directly. I require only that when sending your unit you either enclose the return postage label inside the package together with the service form (if printing) or alternatively email it to me.
Personal drop-off and collection to and from the workshop is available by prior appointment only. Please get in contact if you wish to deliver your parts to me directly yourself and we can arrange a suitable time.
Order identification - In the package please enclose a note with : Order No, Name, Address, Phone number, Email. This will help identify your order and ensure a smooth turnaround.
Completion - Once all work has been carried out the final payment invoice will be sent to you. Upon receiving payment your cared for unit/s will be packed and posted the following working day.
Store Policies - Please ensure you read store policies prior to placing your order. Policies can be found at the bottom of the order summary during checkout or at the footer of any page. You accept these by placing an order.
